Prize can not be transferred to another party 

The dates for the prize is Friday 23rd May to Tuesday 27th May 2025

Flights will be from a UK airport only. The promoter will select the most appropriate airport 

Hotel is room only 

Food, drinks, transport to and from UK departure airport and Ibiza airport, airport parking, visas, spending money, additional accommodation and anything else not stated above are not included in the Prize and will be the sole responsibility of the Winner and their guest

The competition starts 28/1/25 and ends 1/3/25 or when the minimum shares are reached after the planned end date  

Entrants have to be aged 18 and over 

Minimum of 1000 shares to qualify for the prize. Can share as many times as you wish

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry into this competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. 

Has internet access and an Instagram account set to public (to permit direct messages from the Promoter

The Winner will be notified via DM and/or email.  This notification will ask the Winner to verify their age and will include instructions on how the Winner can claim the Prize once their age has been verified. 

The Winner must respond to the message within 48 hours in order to claim the Prize.  Age verification is essential as the Prize Draw is only open to people aged18 years and older. 

In the event a Prize is unclaimed within 48 hours of trying to contact the Winner, the Winner will cease to be eligible for the Prize.   

If the Winner cannot accept the Prize; the Winner is not eligible for the Prize or has not complied with these Terms, the Promoter will award the Prize to a replacement winner selected in the same way as the original Winner.
